Ready, Set, Read! Summer Reading Program
Each week for 6 weeks, Dufferin-Peel teachers will be modelling and demonstrating a variety of reading comprehension strategies during read-aloud sessions. Participants will receive a “Parent Toolkit” and “Student Toolkit” to help support reading throughout the summer. The program is offered to students in Grades 1,2 and 3 and their families. These 1 hour sessions will take place at various library locations in Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon and Orangeville. For mor information see the newsletter below.
